We completed a migration from our previous MTA to KumoMTA, a modern open-so=
urce mail transfer agent. The result? Faster queue processing, improved del=

How has Postmark helped you?=20

Postmark literally saved our business overnight. Our previous email provide=
r =E2=80=94 a large, well-known competitor =E2=80=94 automatically disabled=
 our account without warning over a routine address change. Thousands of ou=
r users suddenly stopped receiving interview invitations, candidate notific=
ations, and password resets. For an applicant tracking system, that's a com=
plete service outage. We integrated Postmark and had emails flowing again t=
he same day. Since then, we've never had a single deliverability issue. Pos=
tmark gave us back the peace of mind that our most critical infrastructure =

How are you using Postmark on your projects today?=20

Postmark is the backbone of all transactional email at 100Hires. We send in=
terview scheduling notifications, candidate status updates, team collaborat=
ion alerts, password resets, and account confirmations =E2=80=94 all throug=
h Postmark. We've built a deep integration: we use Postmark's webhooks to t=
rack deliveries, bounces, opens, and spam complaints in real time. We have =
automated systems that detect inactive addresses flagged by Postmark and cl=
ean them from our database. We also run delivery monitoring that alerts us =
to any bounce or complaint patterns. It's not just "plug in and send" =E2=
=80=94 Postmark is deeply woven into our product's reliability layer.=20

What advice would you give other folks in your role about implementing and =
managing their email?=20

Two things. First, never rely on a single email provider for mission-critic=
al transactional email =E2=80=94 we learned this the hard way when our acco=
unt was disabled out of the blue. Always have a backup integration ready to=
 switch to. Second, choose a provider whose entire business is transactiona=
l email, not one where it's a side feature next to marketing campaigns. Pos=
tmark's focus on deliverability and their developer-friendly API made our e=
mergency migration possible in hours, not weeks. Also, invest in webhook in=
tegration from day one =E2=80=94 tracking bounces and complaints proactivel=
y saves you from finding out about delivery problems from angry users.=20
