What we shipped

AI that actually does things

We la= unched our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server tha= t lets AI assistants like Claude send real emails through Postmark. No more= copy-pasting code snippets or following multi-step tutorials - just "send = this email" and it happens. We also added llms.txt files, pre-built prompts= in our docs, and better tooling so AI can help you integrate Postmark with= out hallucinating endpoints.

Features for everyone

We ma= de Pro and Platform features = more affordable for lower-volume senders because great email tools shou= ldn't be reserved for the highest-volume senders.

Added search functionality to our developer docs (because Command+F = through 47 pages isn't a developer experience). Shipped PHP 8.4 support for the PHP devs keeping things running.

Support that actually responds

Our m= edian first response time is now 14 minutes. Yes, minutes. We did this by o= verhauling our documentation - adding 53 new customer-facing articles (a 25= % increase) so you can find answers faster, and our support team can focus = on the complex stuff that actually needs human attention.

What you built (and what= blew us away)

Our I= nbox Innovators challenge on DEV.to brought submissions that completely rei= magined email. The winner? A fully functional Game B= oy Advance emulator controlled entirely through email. Send "A" to= make Pikachu attack. Get screenshots back. It's Twitch Plays but for your = inbox.

Beyon= d the challenge, we saw real impact too:

Woorise switched to Postmark and watched their email support tickets drop= to almost zero. "Emails that used to take minutes now land in seconds," sa= ys Founder Christopher Vasiliou.

Arunabh au= tomated his supplier RFQ nightmare with inbound processing, turning hou= rs of manual Excel work into structured, searchable data with AI-powered in= sights.

Bruno Amaral built Gregory-MS.com to help people with Multiple Sclerosis navigate overw= helming medical research through weekly digests and clinical trial notifica= tions.

ThriveDesk made Postmark "the cornerstone" of their helpdesk software.= Their advice? "Don't think much, use Postmark =F0=9F=99=82"
